In reply to your despatch No. 403 of

the 21st. December, 1900, I have the honour to inform you that, there being no objection to the detailed regulations for carry-

ind out the Convention concluded between France and Great

Britain concerning the exchange of Parcels between France and

Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, and dongkong, I have caused

tham to be aigned in duplicate on behalf of the Colony by the
